 Jivamukti Yoga Weekends with Jamie
October 22-24, Celebrate the Moon
November 26-28, Gratitude

Save the dates and join Jamie as she shares the joy of Jivamukti Yoga.  More details to follow.

Jaimie Epstein’s yoga journey began nearly two decades ago and zigged and zagged while she pursued a career in journalism and a passion for bike racing. But as her practice deepened, she felt compelled to pass on to others the joy and compassion that is the essence of yoga by becoming a teacher. A 300-hour Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, Jaimie is about to complete her apprenticeship for 800-hour certification. Jaimie loves loves loves the challenge of the Jivamukti method – creating a multi-dimensional experience to expand consciousness. Her vinyasa-style classes incorporate the five tenets of Jivamukti – ahimsa, bhakti, meditation, nada yoga, and scripture – but don’t worry, they also generate plenty of sweat as well! Jaimie, who lives and teaches in Boulder, is thrilled to have the opportunity to share Jivamukti with all the divine beings in Winter Park.
